Custom crafted energy bars, 100% plant based, made from raw, organic, whole food ingredients. Todd was inspired to create these bars during his 2300km Swim for Sharks distance challenge. He modified and upgraded a traditional homemade energy bar recipe into something that provided far more nutrition, and was also far more delicious. These bars are easy to make—no baking—and provide the perfect fuel for pre-workout/post-workout, or as an anytime super healthy snack. (They are approximately 150 calories each following the recipe below.)

Shark Bites are easy to make at home, there's no baking involved, and you can whip up a batch of 16 bars in minutes. Here's how:
7 Ingredients:

Raisins (or chopped dates) - 1/2 cup
Sesame or flax seeds (ground) - 1/4 cup
Raw cacao - 2 tbsp
Hemp protein - 1/2 cup
Maple syrup - 1/2 cup
Natural peanut butter - 1 & 1/2 cups
(Coconut oil - 1 tsp to lightly coat pan)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well (dry first, then the peanut butter and maple syrup) in a large bowl, and spread the mixture about 1.5" thick into a baking pan. Let them sit for 15 mins and then cut them evenly into 2" X 2" squares, and pop them into sandwich baggies or seal in plastic wrap. Makes 16 bars, store them in the fridge. You can also add fresh grated carrot or ginger, dried blueberries or cranberries, and pulp from juicing
